Everyone is welcome at this beginning Vinyasa yoga class with instructor Heidi Bothun. Suggested donation: $10. If you have a mat, bring it, if you don't we have some to borrow.
Here is Heidi's description: "Vinyasa yoga focuses on linking breath and movement while working to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Beginners are welcome!
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water."
Come and stay for sandwiches and Bible Study in the lounge area afterwards or just come to class. You are welcome either way!
